When producing planting material, it is essential to start with a clean stock. For most crops it is known which pathogen can be infectious. With this knowledge we can screen the plant material for all relevant pathogens with our pathogen specific PCR tests. In some cases we can screen for a family of pathogens (e.g. pospi9 and poty) to keep analysis cost lower. A full list of available tests can be found under important media below.
