Straight-forward setups for pollen vitality measurements
Because of the degenerative nature of most pollen, we offer flow cytometrie hardware configured for pollen vitality to perform the analysis on your own facility. For microspore viablity a similar configuration and setup can be used.
Other applications with our flow cytometers are the determination of ploidy level, and detection of aneuploids in batched samples.
